The human body is made of energy.
And what we eat either feeds that…
or steals from it.
At The Ends, we cook with what heals. tallow, real ingredients, and fire.
No seed oils.
No shortcuts.
Nothing your cells don’t recognize.
The menu pulls from every corner of the world.
But every dish returns to one idea: if it’s made with care, it feeds more than hunger.
Here, food is a ritual.
The room holds weight.
And the moment lands exactly where it should.

THE MENU
This menu is a collection of places, flavors, and memories. It’s inspired by the way food lives around the world. shared on sidewalks, grilled over fire, served without ego. Every dish pulls from somewhere real: a back alley in Tokyo, a roadside pit in Texas, a family kitchen in Laos.
We use tallow instead of seed oils because the quality of fat changes everything. how it cooks, how it feels, how it lives in your body. What you're eating here is clean, deliberate, and rooted in the kind of flavor you don’t forget.
