The Energy Never DieS
 
We believe in creating a team that grows from the inside out physically, mentally and spiritually, by encouraging our team to take advantage of the perks and lifestyle that we offer as a company.  The purpose is to assist them to reach their highest potential.  
 
Every 8 weeks the staff rotates taking off three consecutive days allowing them to either spend it with FriENDS, Take a WeekEND to themselves or Travel to the ENDS of Earth. This being the concept behind The Ends.   The stories we share with each other create a contagious inspiration to be curious; to experience other cultures and the common bond all humans share over a meal. We encourage our guests to share their food travels with us to continue the inspiration that we find by sharing our stories.
